I am looking a property to buy , the property owner is late 32 years male , died on 09-Jan-19 on bone cancer , his wife divorced him & judgement of divorce came on 25-Jan-19 , Property was shown by boy parents , claiming that they are legal heir My doubt , although property owner got divorce on 25-Jan-19 , but he expired on 09-Jan-19 , so who will be the legal heir of that property & in future that ex wife can claim the ownership

yes. she is the full legal heir since the Ownership of the property stood up in the boy name. there is alternate remedies are also available under the law. the partition suit may be initiated and the same can be contested.

yes, wife is also having right over the property. If you want to buy , you should obtain signature from all legal heir including wife of deceased. In future they have claiming maintenance from this property. Better you have to get sale from all legal heir.
