I am Hindu male, 29years old. I have query regarding divorce.

07-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am working in muscat. I got married 6months back. After marriage, I live with my wife for less than 30 days. She got pregnant in that time. She tortured me daily to take her with me to foreign. But my work environment is in remote desert place and practically impossible. I explained here clearly. But she not beleive it and went her mother home, aborted the child and also gave a fake abusement case against my father and mother and threatening to give her maintenance money and not accept to come back my home. Also she gave her holy mangal chain (thaali in Tamil). They do everything from the beginning to get money from me. She is just 23 years old, so she has lot of time to get married second time. But I am close to 30years now, so I need to settle in life. In case if I apply for divorce, do I need to pay alimony for her? Kindly advice me to solve this problem.

alimony is not a concept in India. You may however be required by law to pay a maintainability cost each month. Apply for a divorce in the ground of cruelty and get going with your life. There are many points in your side in this issue.

Yes, you need to pay the alimony or one time settlement, speak to your wife side to understand what are their requirements is possible from your side you may accept and both file a mutual divorce in the respective jurisdiction court.
you may get divorce order with in 3 month and you are free to marry a person suiting your expectation. If alimony or one time settlement is not agreeable, you may contest the divorce case and it may take time.
