Husband wants to file for divorce as wife tortures husband

what is the procedure to file divorce. not mutual. she is not agree to give but i want because she used to torture me and I am unable stay with her. can i file or not?
You can file divorce petition in your district family court , on the ground of mental cruelty. You will have to state all the relevant incidents of the cruelty, done by your wife so that you may be able to prove the case of cruelty.
