Husband wants divorce but wife not willing to give

I have a 2 year old son.My husband's house is very far from my work location.I am staying at my parents house as my work location is close to my parent's house and I can spend more time with my son.I can't stay in my husband's house as it takes lot of time to commute back and forth to my office from his house and my in laws are not even co-operative and don't allow me to spend time with my kid and overburden me with household work.During weekend i.e holiday I go to my husband's house.Initially my husband was not not objecting but now he strongly wants me to stay with him and commute very far to my office everyday at any cost.He doesn't even realize how mentally frustrating it is to spend almost 2 and half hours in commuting back and forth to office from his house and not even have mental peace after reaching home.I don't even have any quality time to spend with my kid. I told him that I will continue to come on weekends and holidays.He now wants divorce or he will file conjugal rights.
