Husband not providing money for my child and his wife since 2 years.

My hubby is in Dubai. I am been living separately from him for almost 2 years now. I am in India. I left a good job because he wanted me to go to Dubai with him and i am trying for a job since and I couldn't get anyHis behaviour makes me react so i had to move away from him with my child. But he doesn't give a penny for both the baby and me. Hardly for 2 months he has send 10,000. But then he stopped. What should i do?

you can file a divorce petition and can claim maintenance for you and your child in case you don't want to continue your marital relationship or else you can just file maintenance petition against your husband for not giving any maintenance. kindly contact us for further clarification and information.

Dear Madam, You can immediately file number of cases like Maintenance, 498A and dowry harassment etc. Warrants will be issued against him and if you send copy of FIR to his employer on Dubai he may lose his job. You cannot get any relief unless you approach Police Station and Court.

You can file a maintainance case against him. Because you have no job and you have to look after two children. If you not filed a maintaince case against him you and both children are suffer in future also. If you need any further advice please contact me.

you can file for maintenance and somehow see that notice is served on him. if you file for interim maintenance in the beginning itself Rottweiler small monthly maintenance amount. if you are husband doesn't pay up you can try to attach whatever assets he has in India.
