Husband not allowing me to enter inlaw

I got married since 2 n half years..arranged marriag late marriag ..from the date marrig inhav been facing problems from in-laws abusive giving mental stress which makes.me.depressed it's a joint family almr same they only aim to chase me.out of their home I haven't done anything ..wrong ..they brainwash n misguide my husband make him to quarrel wid me ..everyday without a reason ..2times my husband chased me out f home at nite 10.3 because since my mom.is a stroke patient I went to help her

1. you can file a restitution case in the family court, in case you want to join your husband 2. you can file a complaint against your inlaws for torturing you in the police station 3. you can file a dv act against your inlaws for torturing you in the court
