Husband not accepting the divorce notice sent by court

I have applied for divorce based on harassment, not responsible, daily drinker, doesn't go to work, has external affairs found but not proof available with me. but my husband is not ready to give divorce. He is been chasing his residence whereas till now three hearing notice has been sent has been returned back as it is. How can I lead my future life as I have a kid and looking to get divorce but is there anuway

You have several options. First get newspaper advertisement with the permission of the Court. It is deemed service thus you will get alimony cum divorce decree and attach his movable and immovable properties. please get issue through registered post to his address where he resides, then postal authority will make endorsement as not claimed or refused if he resides in given address. if same is returned with left then you may seek substitute service through daily news paper by filling application
