Husband moved abroad and father in law torturing me

We had an arranged marriage. After ten days my husband went to a foreign country and stopped contacting me properly. His father started torturing me mentally, I tried to commit suicide,now I am staying in my mykaa. My husband didn't do anything to bring me in his place and his father is threatening me continuously to come to sasural and follow his commands then his son will contact me else not. I want to file s fir against him n his father. If I will file against him, according to legal notice he has to come to India? What will the actions I can take against them.
You can file domestic violence against both your husband and father in law and can obtain maintenance and teach them a lesson for life and even through such proceeding they have to pay you which will hurt their pocket

You see you may please convey a message to your father in law that your status is 'Wife' and not like that of any 'Gulam'!
Also make a ready statement that you want to stay with the in laws but with your husband! If the husband is not ready or willing to stay together, better you make it clear that you cannot stay alone without your husband with your father in law.
Aside if you file divorce or maintenance he may be summoned to India but if he engage any Advocate, his presence is not at all required. Only in case of any criminal offences, his presence can be formalized by the Indian Court of Law!
