Q: Case against punching without any injury

If I can't show evidence of serious injury then will police take action? If someone punches me on the stomach and regularly pushes me showing his strength, which causes harassment but is not equal to stabbing and shooting as there is no external injury due to pushing.

Q: false case of domestic violence

My brother had been pressurized by the girl's family to marry her, which he did without informing his family. When he stopped talking to her and meeting her she filed a false case of domestic violence and maintenance. She has never been to our house nor has she stayed here. Family members had no knowledge about the fact until we received the summon.The case is going on. Can you advice me how to come out of such a false allegation of domestic violence and abuse?

Q: Opening an FD in my Wife's Name

A FD of 20 lakhs from 5 years back matured today. what i wanted to ask was that,can i open an fd in my wife's name with the amount ? my wife is a homemaker therefore has 0 income, if i open that fd in her name i can keep the interest tax free. is it legal and can it be done ???

Q: Why is mutation on hold for properties in Kestopur

I am planning to buy a 2 years old resale property in Kestopur, Kolkata. But the seller has informed that he does not have a CC or mutation certificate. He has provided me with copy of deed of Conveyance and a sanctioned building and flat plan. The plan was approved by Rajarhat Municipality.

in this context there are lot of things are missing. 1. Why CC is pending. 2. if sanctioned plan is there if there any problem at Municipality or fault of Developer.
