Sir I am a Mtech student and I have a concern regarding my maternal Aunt. Her husband married to another lady and is enjoying the life in city while my aunt is living with her in laws in village. She is being badly tortured by her in laws. She is all alone no one is helping her . I want to help her , please guide me that from college what can I do for her? Sir we ar hindu.

hello mam i read ur issue and i appriciate ur affords for help of ur anty. in this matter we need to file an urgent writ petition in high court so tht that an immidiTe action can be take and the guilty person the husband of ur anty as well as inlaws of ur anty should be sended to jail and they should get punishment for the wrong thi gs which has been face by ur anty.thanks.
