Husband is missing for 3 years done everything to find him and also lodge a fir to find him but unable to find can I I get divorce from my husband if he is missing

yes you can file contest divorce petition in the court. if he not present you can publish in news paper after that case going exparte. also file police untraceable report in the court. for more information you can contact us.
