Husband having affair after marriage want to file for divorce

mere sadi ko ek saal ho gaye...par unke ek aurat k sath 5 saal affair tha ye mujhe sadi k bad mujhe pata chala..sadi k bad v wo uske sth chattng milna sab private me karte the par jab sach bolne ki bari hui wo kavi apna fault nahi mante hai...hamesa har bat pe jhut ..hamesa non stop quarrels..hamsa mujh pe doubt krte hai..jhut bol k ki bht bada business man h or sadi kar liye...ab kam k sil sile me suve 10se rat 10 tak bahar rhte hai..me ek student hun...bar bar unknown se msg inke bare me ana with proof mujhe mentally depress karti hai...lack of intimacy h..n sirf unhe physical me interst h mere sath...whiz I dnt want..or mujhe age v padhna hai..par wo raji nahi h..can I get divorce
Yes you can ask for divorce legally . But be sure to find out the actual problem among you. As I can see uncertainty in your reasons such as :
You want read and your husband object it or,
You don't want physical with him or
You receive and belive unknown msgs about him or
You dont like as He works from morning 10 to night 10 or
He lied about his business or,

You have not mention what type of proof or evidences you got about your husband's extra marital affair.If you think that you have no other alternative except divorce then you can go for it in the appropriate court of law.you can get divorce from your husband

Don’t worry if you want divorce it is not a big issue first you talk with your husband for mutual divorce if he agreed then you file a mutual diverce in family court of your jurisdiction I f he does not agreed then you also file a divorce case against him
