Husband going abroad for 2 months living separately

My husband and I are living separately since 18 years. He pays us for grocery, electricity etc He is going abroad for 2 months and I am afraid he won't pay for anything. My daughter's exams are due and he wanted to escape from exam fees. What can I do so that he doesn't escape from his responsibility. Cant't approach the court now . I am hindu

okay I understand your questions do your husband he is going abroad for 2minrhs right and you are not aproch the court now right you shuld wait 2 months after he may return to india Or not till 2 months wait then he is not take care of you and your daughter you shuld aproch the court otherwise it is deficult for your feature

Hi, your guys and is going out of country for two month and it may extend you don’t know so better tell him to give you amount before going to abroad or you will file complaint and once complaint will filed and fir lodged it will be difficult for him to go out.

Dear Client, Based on your question basically it is the duty of your husband to maintain you and your child and provide all the expenses whichever is needed. In this case you can file a maintenance petition to the court but you mention that you don't want to approach the court. 1. you can file the maintenance case against your husband and get the maintenance order from the court where your husband cannot escape from his responsibility. 2. you also can file a maintenance case for day to day expenses. 3. your husband is liable to pay the expenses of your child and your expenses.
