Husband files divorce on ground of cruelty and left me during my pregnancy.But I don't want divorce due to future of my baby.he has my phone call recordings taken by spy app without my knowledge.in recordings I have used words against in-laws.can husband get divorce on basis of these recordings?
Yes cruelty is the ground for divorce it depends on you for divorce and what type of words you used for your in laws,,
