Husband cleverly abandoned in rented flat

Hello sir. I am married since 14 years & was living in JF of husband. I had my breakdown of emotions last month after yrs of humiliation, agony and voilence. when he beaten me & rest of family members started shooting my video crying on mybad luck. I ended up calling police. In Thana I requested police not to lodge FIR as I wanted to settle with him instead of any harsh punishment. He with conspiracy tricked me to move out of that house and dropped me at a rented flat and abandoned.

Hello you can file a complaint under domestic violence act against your husband and family members and you can also file petition for providing maintenance for yourself and children living with you (if any) against your husband

No one will help you until you took stand for you, they are habitual to do cruelty and harrasment of you want to get rid of it then you have right to take maintenance and to get rid of them and live your life hapilly you have right to file domestic violance case or obviously file an FIR you have more rights to get rid of that toxic relation
