Husband asking money for a mutual divorce

sir/madam, I got married and I separated within one month. now it almost reached one year, my husband also not like to live with me. but he demanding money to give a mutual divorce. I am not able to give money. now what can I do for getting a divorce or can I get second marriage without getting a divorce?
Without getting divorce you cannot marry again.
You have to send a notice to your husband seeking divorce based your problem
After which you have to file a case seeking for divorce
If your husband paid any among during marriage you have to repay it

the person has to file a divorce case u/s 13 of the hma if she is hindu or any other appropriate act to get the divorce. she need not to pay any cash for mutual divorce, she can make a complaint to police.
