Husband applied divorce and I applied Rcr

Hindu religion My husband applied divorce and I applied rcr. Meanwhile I came to know that his matrimonial profile has fake dob and educational qualification and he cheated and did marriage. On top of it his family demanded more dowry and applied divorce. Please suggest me what should be done to get justice and recover my loss in losing everything.

B4U file the restitution of conjugal rights petition before the family court you should file income police complaint regarding delivery harassment and you should also file a domestic violence complaint against your husband it is the wrong for you to file a restitution of conjugal position when your husband filed divorce petition

Your husband can be charged under 494 for second marriage without getting divorced. File a complaint at a Women's Police Station and get the case registered. Get in touch with a lawyer of your choice to proceed forward. Also, generate proof of the faking of DOB and everything, send a notice to the second wife saying that the marriage is invalid.

according to your issue u can lodge a complaint in nearby all women police station stated that to take legal action under dowry prohibition act and cheeting , fabricated documents , I P C . they may file a FIR and investigate accordingly. mean while u can file a complaint in District social welfare officer under Domestic vialence act.
