How to transfer case from one court to another

For getting the case transferred to mathura a transfer application is to be filed before the high court of Bombay or Allahabad. If the high court allows the application then the case gets transferred. Charges are decided by the advocate who will represent you. Cannot comment about the charges.

Dear client, If your brother already filed case in Mumbai then case will remain in Mumbai unless and until his Mrs. Gives sufficient reasons to transfer at mathura, but if they have two children, and if both lived minimum 4 years together, then which cicumstances made them to take such decisions, if by ego if they are going to take decision social worker will take more than 2/3 rounds with them ,best to contact a counceler personally, which is good solution if requires I can help.wish you all the best. Yes case can transfer to nature. For that wife can file an application for transfer of case and give the genuine reason for transfer of case so that judge can feel the reason is fit for the transfer of case.
