Q: Divorce need from hubby but without any creating issue

I was seprated from my husband in 2012 coz of mentaly harrasment and i was pregnant too that time, then 2017 he come back to me promises me, and we patchup again and blessed with tge second baby but again my hubby started creating the problems so temme what can i do

you can go to the mahila aayog and ask them for counselling .They will send a notice to your husband and will ask him to appear before them .They will try to counsel both of you when he will appear before them .after that also your marriage is not working well you can file divorce petition in the court and can get interim maintenance for you and your 2 children . and go for your children custody too.



Q: How to get bail against the IPC 326…?

If the investigation officer has written points against us in the I.O.say. can we get bail from magistrate court? If no then can we get bail from session court?

even if investing officer written points against you in I.O.say , if court is not found fit for rejecting the bail application and found your bail application grounds deemed fit to allow your bail application then you can get bail in magistrate court otherwise you can go to the session court for bail.

Can I get alimony from my husband if he isn't earnings but he have agriland.my religion is Hindu

Yes you can get alimony from your husband even if he is not earning cause that is his responsibility. If he have agriland he can earn from that land and give you alimoney even you can demand house for you.



Q: What to do if the school is not refunding the full amount

I had taken admission in academy . I dont like the way of thier teaching. So I quit within 5 days of joining , now the school say they will refund only 50% of fees , what should I do.

You can file complaint in consumer court.you can complaint about your dissatisfaction towards that school about teaching and you should include in complaint that what steps you have taken to get your money back

how much money should i pay to police/court for filing ipc420 case against the agent who loot my 3 lakh money by promising job in one company.how can i proceed the case? i have agreement letter in 100rs cout paper also. pls reply me

You can lounge FIR in police station against that agent under section 420 of IPC and the case will start and you can also file civil suit for recovery of Money against that Agent.In criminal case govt Pleader will appear for you before court and in civil you have to appoint Advocate.
