How to know if an appeal is made in High court

Filed Divorce application in Coimbatore District Family Court and Got Divorce order dated on 22.02.2018. Now how do I know whether they filed an Appeal in Chennai High Court? Legally When I could do my 2nd Marriage?
Appeal period in divorce cases are 3 months from the date of order. In your case it was 22.2.2018. So 90 days over. You can take 2nd marriage now. If appeal filed, you will serve a notice of appeal from high court by registered post.

Hello sir once u got divorce from the concern court after that you are free to get another marriage until othet party moved appeal and obtained stay the lower court order so there is no bar for second marriage.

You need to file a petition in high court so that based on your petition, the court will inform your advocate who filed a petition in high court that they have filed an appeal. After the limitation period of appeal, if no appeal is filed, you can marry as well. Be vigilant.
