As per your narration you had made huge for her and on other side she is qualified and earn huge. Even after all, she had tortured you lot. You should file divorce petition on the ground of cruelty which you have to prove by proper evidence. Also keep in your custody entire her job and earning proofs.

If u are interested in Divorce, u can go on the grounds of MENTAL CRUELTY under HINDU MARRAIGE ACT. Asking mother in law to leave and the house and compelling husband not to stay with his mother is. ground of Divorce under Hindu Marraige Act. As she is working and Qualified as M.A., u might not have to give her the maintenance but u have to give her the Alimony equivalent to 40% to 50% of the price of one house. In fact about payment of Alimony and calculation of it depends on various factors and that can be decided after meeting personally. Just to inform u there are various case laws on the wife compelling husband not to stay with his mother and compelling him without any valid reason to stay separately.
