How to get divorce when husband suffering from disease not disclosed?

My sister(30) got married on 1/06/2017. Her husband(33) concealed that he is suffering from seizure. his treatment is going on since 2007. just after 20 days she saw a file mentioning that he is suffering. and just few days ago on 3/09/2017 he had a attack of seizure. Her husband does not share much things with her about his health even when asked. 1] how to proceed for divorce? 2]how much time and money should it take ?

Is definitely there is a solution of divorce in this matter
There is no option for divorce like divorce file by mutual consent and another option is divorce file by husband or wife
So we can file divorce petition as well as forgery case against him

If this disease is valnarable you can definitely get divorce on this ground, have you registered your marriage.. If Your brother in law is ready to give consent for divorce , it will take only 3-6 Months ,
If he is not ready to give consent, firstly you have to send him a legal notice mentioning your allegations , facts and bring his defence on record by way of notice reply.. and according to his defence,you can decide your line of action ..

Yes divorce case can be very surely entertain by the matrimonial / family court in case of suppression of any decease to the husband such as contagious one non-recoverable one. But in such case you have to prove the husband is suffering from such decease prior to to the solemnization of marriage.
