How to get divorce from husband when he is not ready to live with wife

I am Hindu and married to my husband since 2013 his behaviour was not good to me from starting but as we say marriage is an adjustment I always tried but after 2 3 years I started speaking about wrong things done by my husband and his family and suggested them to improve but they are not ready to do . Now my husband has moved from house and living separately and my husband and his family have always insulted me and my family whenever we went for compromise my husband is very selfish and have no emotions he is not even concerned about our 3 yr child and just playing game with me ny emotional blackmail and mental torture. He is saying he wants a divorce with me personally and when we ask for mutual he says I don't want, now I have filed an application against him and his family member but there also he is manipulating in front of police and not ready to give divorce and not ready to live with me also. Suggest what should I do, I want to divorce and compensation for my kids future.

You can file case for maitenance , you can also file domestic violence case and 498A case against your husband and inlaws. if you will file these cases he himself come and be ready for divorce by mutual consent. you can ask for lumsum maintenance at the time of divorce.
