How to file Divorce by Annulment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine is a regular hindu arranged marriage. I would like to go for a divorce as our marriage is not consummate... How long should I wait to file? How soon will I get a divorce on annulment grounds if there has been no physical relationship?
What are the basic fees for filing an annulment divorce? And mutual divorce?
nullity of marriage under Hindu law can be due to non consummate owing to impotence of respondence no time frame is needed as such for declaring marriage null. Mutual consent. divorce take six month however this period can be waived by court. fees for filing depends .
