How to file a divorce on mental harassment from a spouse

my wife is from kolkata. after marriage she used to fight with me and my mother for no reason. many time she left me and stayed with her parents for 6 month to 1 years then I convinced her and brought her back. two and half year back over a fight in the house set went to local police station and gave an information after that she left for kolkata with my son. its been 2 years she did not come back, now I want to file for divorce. from you I want to know : 1. Divorce should be filled in Bangalore or kolkata, Bangalore is the place where we last stayed together. 2. As soon as I file for divorce, They will file a false dowry or harassment case in kolkata. How to mange or prepare for it. 3. If divorce is filled in Bangalore by me I would like to keep it in Bangalore but for their convenience they will try to transfer this case to kolkata. How to counter it ?
