If my wife is a lesbian, can i file a case against her and put her in jail?
Hi , yes you can file a cheating and misrepresentation case if she has kept the fact of she being lesbian in secret and married you, which would be a criminal case resulting in punishment .
and as merital relief you can file divorce petition too.

It is well settled principle of law, if you have evidence to prove that your wife is a lesbian you can file a case for divorce against her. The act itself attracts cruelty under Sec.13 1(i) (a) and also under Sec 12 (1) (a) of the Hindu Marriage Act.
