Q: I have a vehicle seized which i rent through self driving company

I have a vehicle which i rent through the self driving company (vehicle registered under the company name) Police seized that vehicle as one customer carrying ganja in it and filed FIR. Can some one help me with the procedure to get the vehicle

Q: Restitution of conjugal rights

My husband had a filed a restitution of conjugal rights in hyderabad.My husband native is hyderabad and i am from bangalore. We were married in blore and have a 6 years old daughter. He is in US right now.I am very much willing to join him but he is not ready to take me. He had filed the Restitution case for some other intention. Now the court passed the order saying that the petition is allowed and directed to join him with in 3 months of the order passed.1) when i checked the case status online it is mentioned as "Nature of Disposal: Contested--ALLOWED". What does this mean?2) The judge has passed the petition as i requested him that i wanted to join him. But now thing is that he is in US and he is not ready to take me over there. and even if i mail him , i am not getting any response from him. Can any one please please suggest what to do in this matter. I have a 6 year old daughter and i don't want her life to get spoil.I am totally tensed about this about how to proceed now.

Hi, So if you want to give a chance for saving marriage, you can file for restitution of conjugal rights and try or even try to talk to him and settle the issues before even going to court. In case of either of you chose to initiate court process and files a case , you even can settle the matter at court at a later stage too, as the courts will refer matters for mediation which is platform for any kind of settlement between you both.We can advise you better if we get to know the contents of his legal notice and reply to the same sent by and also upon understanding from you the actual problem in the marriage.Feel free to revert for any help regarding the same.Regards Shridevi Bhosale Advocate

Q: Guy cheated me in the name of love and marriage

Myself married in 2018,however didn't continue the wedlock as got separated after 20 days of marriage and later stayed in my mother home. Meanwhile A guy propsed me and told he would marry me and we both were together for 1 and half years ..later he blocked me stating he would return to his native and his mother will commit suicide if he marry me.. Later I contacted his relatives they blocked me..moreover I have applied for mutual consent divorce and mediation over and hence waiting for court judgement..hence will I be able to file any case against him as he cheated me intensionally were he knows that Im not living with my husband anymore..is there any possibility of me getting married to him after divorce case is finalised..?

Hello Madam, at the first place please clarify , do you mean that your ex husband had physical relationship with you when you both were separated after marriage?And later the marriage was ended in divorce? Q: Applying mutual consent for 2nd time

Hi,We had applied for mutual consent once and didn't appear in the court after 6 months. My husband had a fight with that lawyer. It was 3 years back. To apply again, is it a fresh start or is there any procedure to apply for change of lawyer? Thank you!

Hi you can file a fresh a petition seeking for the order recalling the dismissal of your case if that is so happened because when the case is filed and parites don't appear the cases get dismissed or you can file a fresh petition keeping new lawyer to do this both your earlier advoacte is not required there few procedures which the advoacte you enagage will have to follow.RegardsShridevi BhosaleAdvoacte

Q: What to do if wife filed a false case u/s 498A

Sir/madam I married to govt teacher she stayed in my home only for 2week from the time of marriage.so we filed sec 9 to come and stay with us after sending notice to her she filed fake case 498a on me my family members. While filing fir in compliant she gave reason of delayed Condon 46 days with change of jurisdiction I want to file fake case on her what should I do .she did everything for property and attached all our property in maintaince case I got married in 2013 from untill to this before sending notice to her she is not in my home.Distrubed us lot by filing fake case on us plz resolve this. And they are misusing 498a my all family members are educated my mother became cardiac patient because of this.and my father is also hypertension patient my sister is doctor .I want to file case on her regarding fake case on us. plz suggest me . kindly do needful.it almost 6 years passed she spoiled my entire life.what I can do to dismiss this case.

Hi, if the case filed by your wife is false and that is subsequent to your filing of conjugal right case under section 9 and she has stayed only for 2 weeks at your place you have two options.1. you may file discharge application in the court where your case is pending.2. You may file a case in high court for quashing the proceedings in 498 A case which is more appropriate in such cases.RegardsShridevi Bhosale Advoacte.
