How to dismiss divorce filed before 1 year of marriage

Hi, my wife filed for divorce after 10 months of marriage and didn't complete 1 year in matrimonial life. Wife lawyer said in extreme conditions they had to file and court has accepted without checking the evidence and facts and asked me to respond and I did and it is going on. Is there a way can I get it dismissed? What are the ways? They filed in cruelty base.
Some of the circumstances party can file divorce case before one year also. But you can file objection to her application. Hear on the same application and oppose it. Then you proceed the case about you have not done any cruelty. If you need further advice please contact this number.

before 1 year under special circumstances, court may accept it. but if you can show the allegations are false, it can be dismissed. otherwise if you want divorce then go for mutual divorce. if you want to hang her then do everything possible to delay it or to get it dismissed if you have enough evidence against her.

Before one year of marriage divorce petition cannot be filed but under extreme circumstances it can be filed. You can resist the same by filing objections to any interim application filed by them if not file application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC to return the petition as it is prematured.
