How to close a false CAW complaint against husband (i have prrofs)

My wife has filled a complaint against me and my family in CAW. The allegations are false and i have all proofs. Can you please help me with the procedure to close the case in CAW with the right proofs and application.

Hi first of all what does the fir say and all what are the allegations and all which has put on u and all what is the case and all what does it Have what does The caw say and all show the proof And the document there and tell them it s an false against em

first of all, you dont need to worry about going to jail in this matter as the Supreme Court has issued guidelines to police officers not to immediately arrest family members in matrimonial matters. it is a complaint in the CAW Cell and not a case which is going on. you just have to be present there and you can get the liberty to file a reply to the complaint filed by your wife. till the time the complaint is pending before the CAW Cell, try not to contact your wife since she might use it as an incident against you.
