How to claim ownership of flat brought by me in name of wife

I had booked a flat way back in 2011. In good faith, I had kept my wife's name in agreement of sale. But now I am divorced from my wife and my inlaws unlawfully hell-bent to snatch my property. The flat is still unregistered. What are the available options for me to take ownership in my name? Please suggest me.

Some how it is difficult. However you can take a chance by filing an application, to your builder , stating everything, and request for registered in your name. If any case pending in any court, you can raise this issue in the court also.

Dear Client, if you are giving her maintenance to her and she had not claimed such flat , then you have safe ground. However, without vetting your divorce decree and related paper also, The Flat documents, can't be advised in right direction , hence pls. Consult for the same. Thanks

As you gad purchased vin the name of your wife therefore it is not easy to get it registered in your name. However, that does not mean that it is impossible. Contact a good lawyer, apprise him about all facts, documents and act according to his advice.
