How to avoid wife from filing for DV during the procedure of divorce

Hello sir/ madam, I have filled case against my file for divorce. Only 2 hearing gone.. i advised my advocate to talk with opposite advocate regarding talking her belongings (TV, FRIDGE,WASHING MACHINE, VESSEL) because i like to leave my home for rent.. My advocate she may file DV Act if we do now. Then court will pass order to stay in my home.. I am not interested to stay with misbehaving person and unaffected person in same house.. Please advise me to stop them before they apply DV to stay ib my home.. Please help me
the person shall not shown the valid reason how DV case be filed against him. the person may approach the family court to advise the wife to take her belonging. the person shall file a civil suit to evict her

you filed a divorce case against her that is your rights so suppose she filed domestic violence case mean that is her rights sir any told stop DV case your advocate knows very well for this steps can taken for your wife
