How much will it take to dissolve the marriage

I am living separately more than two years and both are ready for divorce pleas tell me the procedure and how much time will take for dissolution of marriage.
If both husband and wife are ready then they can file divorce by mutual consent under section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act. There are two motions for passing of decree of divorce. It takes atleast 6-7 months for divorce. For further details you can contact me any time.

You can file joint petition for divorce on the ground of mutual consent. You and your spouse will file joint divorce petition on which the family Court or concerned civil court will give you next date of six months then you will appear before the court and stated that you and your spouse want divorce then court will grant divorce

Hi,
You will have to proceed under the Hindu Marriage Act in a petition for divorce. Since both parties are willing to divorce and have already been living separately, the Petition would be for a mutual divorce and we will have to place in record proof of marriage and registration certificate copy.
