Q: Family members are not letting us constructing the house on ancestral
Property is legally divided in khasra8 khatoni the area of land mentioned that this much is taken by an individual but all brothers didn't divided the property among themselves now one brother is building his house so they creating problem first they agree but after completing one room and bathroom they are saying now u can't build more then one room and also they are not ready for partion in this situation what should we do on khatoni land area is already allotted to the individually and also we are not building a house on main road so that everyone get the equal portion of main road land
