How much time divorce can take and how much maintenance and alimony me

My husband and I (Hindu ) are living separately since 2021. He lives out of India and he only initiated that he does not want to live with me. I have queries regarding if I will get alimony or not and also the maintenance amount?
There is lot of harassment from him, I was working since last 2 years but now I don't have job
yes you can get both alimony and maintenance section 24 hma read with any divorce proceedings going on+ 125 crpc. Seeking maintenance or other reliefs from husband who is living abroad is complex task but you can get the notice served through Indian embassy, consulate. adn can get enforced too.
