Living mai rahna koi crime nahi hai but divorce ka ground baan sakta hai adultery . Jo case kiye hai usme aap investigation join karo or dv mai court mai aapne counsel ke sath aa per ho jao. पाँच साल का होने के बाद आपको कस्टडी मिल सकती है और खर्चे का केस चलेगा लेकिन जल्दी से डीसाईड नही होगा आपको अपनी बात रखने का मौक़ा दिया जाएगा उसके बाद कार्ट फ़ैसला लेगी और यह भी कार्ट पर है कि खर्चा फाईलीग तारिख से दे या आदेशा की । खर्चा आपकी कमाई के अनुसार ही होगा ………………………. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Q: How much time divorce can take and how much maintenance and alimony me

My husband and I (Hindu ) are living separately since 2021. He lives out of India and he only initiated that he does not want to live with me. I have queries regarding if I will get alimony or not and also the maintenance amount?There is lot of harassment from him, I was working since last 2 years but now I don't have job

Dear Ma’am ……. You can also file a divorce case and before that you can file a case for maintenance and domestic violence in which you will start getting maintenance as soon as possible. You can also file all the cases together . Even if you get alimony, you are still entitled to maintenance after that

Q: further investigation after filling of the charge sheet , I

I am the complainant and submitted an application for further investigation after filling out the charge sheet, IO filed the chargesheet u/s 325 and 506 but in my petition, - I asked to add sections 452 and 34 as per the circumstance of the crime - to cancel the bail given by police as police submitted one document "crime acceptance by accused"  and section 452 is non-bailable, -   investigate other accused The accused has not yet taken bail from the court and will usually IO replies ?

No problem, if such an incident has happened and the police has not registered a case under that section, then you can add the section through the court in which you will have to give your evidence……………………
