To complain to CityMall, contact their customer support by emailing [email protected], or try calling their customer service number at +91-O9122881728. You can also access the "File a Complaint" form or request a callback for refunds or returns through the CityMall app itself.

In the present matter, you are advised to first issue a formal written complaint to CityMall through their official email and in-app grievance mechanism, clearly recording the deficiency in service and seeking refund/replacement within a reasonable time. If CityMall fails to respond or resolve the issue despite such intimation, you may initiate proceedings under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for deficiency of service and unfair trade practice. The Consumer Commission is empowered to direct refund, compensation and costs. Preserve all invoices, screenshots and communication as evidence.
