How can we cancel our marriage in India if we are taking divorce in US
07-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Me and my husband has filed for mutual divorce in US ,wanted to know the process to cancel our marriage registration in India .
As per personal laws the place of divorce should be the place where the couple's got married. E.g if u have got married in India you can proceed for divorce or mutual divorce only in India and not any other place.t&c. Pls approach for further help
