Q: How to withdraw domestic violence case ?

I have filled a dv case against my husband 7 months a ago and now just want to withdraw my case. but my advocate are saying its a big risk, opposite party can also do case against me, but my husband stays in Dubai, he attended 3 herring and then went back but advocate are doing nothing, so I just want a divorce and don't want to continue this case. can domestic violence case be withdrawn ? I'm Muslim, so my advocates are saying i can't go to family court I have to go to some masjid where they do divorce. please advise thanks and regards,

U can file a separate divorce petition in family court and let this continue. This is different than ur dv petition. Do not withdraw it. Let the court dismiss it by passing an order. Please consult for further needs

Q: Legality of second marriage with consent of first wife

I am hindu. Wanna get marry to a lady with my wife consent. Is it possible? We both love each other a lot and cant stay. Wife doesn't want to divorce but agree for consent second marriage without divorce ? I have a son. can a hindu man marry two wives legally in india ?

Q: Case is disposed of for 354 A what would be the further process

One of my relative was charged under 354 A and bail is granted and status is disposed. What is the next steps now it has been 7 months now. Is there anything needs to be done from our end?

In this matter Nothing has to be done from your side. It now police role to file crime case against you in the court. In your case 7 month have passed and nothing has been done so do not ignite fire. My husband filed a divorce case and i filed restitution. Restitution summon was not delivered to my husband as while filing he have given old wrong address. My husband was absent for divorce case second hearing date today. What will be the outcome. If he dont come for hearings will the divorce petition dismissed. He wont be granted divorce or what?

yes if he doesn't Turn up the court proceeding will be dismissed or an exparte decree may be granted as per ur wish. And you and take orders from the court for sending Fresh summons on the new address . And in case he didnt turn up their too the restitutional of conjugal right will be granted to you after giving him too more chances.
