Q: Case is disposed of for 354 A what would be the further process

One of my relative was charged under 354 A and bail is granted and status is disposed. What is the next steps now it has been 7 months now. Is there anything needs to be done from our end?

In this matter Nothing has to be done from your side. It now police role to file crime case against you in the court. In your case 7 month have passed and nothing has been done so do not ignite fire. Q: Absence of husband on hearing dates of divorce case

My husband filed a divorce case and i filed restitution. Restitution summon was not delivered to my husband as while filing he have given old wrong address. My husband was absent for divorce case second hearing date today. What will be the outcome. If he dont come for hearings will the divorce petition dismissed. He wont be granted divorce or what?

yes if he doesn't Turn up the court proceeding will be dismissed or an exparte decree may be granted as per ur wish. And you and take orders from the court for sending Fresh summons on the new address . And in case he didnt turn up their too the restitutional of conjugal right will be granted to you after giving him too more chances.

Want to know how much does it cost and time frame to get the probate of will/succession certificate?

it take around six month to get a probate unless it is not contested or we can challenged by any other legal heir or executor etc. The cost may vary from advocate to advocate and the court fees with other Misc. Expenses . So their is no fixed Charges.

Q: Want to withdraw my Domestic violence case what to do

I have filled a dv case against my husband 7 months a ago and now just want to withdraw my case. but my advocate are saying its a big risk, opposite party can also do case against me, but my husband stays in Dubai, he attended 3 herring and then went back but advocate are doing nothing, so I just want a divorce and don't want to continue this case. I'm Muslim, so my advocates are saying i can't go to family court I have to go to some masjid where they do divorce. please advise thanks and regards,

U can file a separate divorce petition in family court and let this continues. This is diff than ur dv petition.do not withdraw it. Let the court dismissed it by passing a order. Please consult for further needs

Q: Wife is cheating on me what to do

Got married 7 months back, have observed that wife is carrying her external relations post marraige, she is not accepting it publically her parents were offering money to do a buisness but have denied now have got to know the main fault is in my wife. Now they are not responding calls neither ready for a meeting, they have sent a seperte message through mediator to go ahead for 2nd marraige And they are not responding since last 4 months and have already sent a notice for a meeting through the counselor..but they neither comes for meeting nor for a talk..please advise

File a divorce against her by stating the above issue. Let the notice be served to them. If they are not responding ur calls And msg they might not receive a notice. Hence an exparte devress will be passed in ur fa our. Please don't go for second marriage without dissolving the first one.
