How Can I Apply For Certified Copies Of Divorce Case Being Respondent

I m the respondent and I want the certified copies of My cases and want to apply with out my Advocate since he is not willing to give me certified copies....kindly suggest how can I apply online or offline

I understand your questions so now you want certified copy from court Divorce copy right yes it is possible to get but you have to fallow the legal procedure at court with your presence if you want the copy you shukd have the case number that is important otherwise it is difficult so it is possible to get through court you can apply

1. you have to apply the certified copies of line and no on line. 2. you have to approach your advocate to get a certified copy. 3. you can appoint a new advocate and get a copy from him 4. you have to approach the court and find out why your advocate is not attending.

since you are a party in the case being respondent you are entitled to get copies of the case file. if you know the case number go to that Court somebody's help in applying for a copy application by paying nominal fee, and you will get the copy in a few days.

Dear Sir, When Advocate appearing for you it is most probably not possible you to get certified copies. You have to change the Advocate and apply in party-in-person or engage any other Advocate to get the certified copies. You may try with Court CMO to get the copies even without changing your Advocate.
