Dear client based on your query, As you are facing complex legal situations involving multiple issues. Firstly knowing and hiding your HIV status from your spouse will fall under Section 124 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita . In such a crucial situation you suggested to immediately contact a legal Advisor as the punishment is more severe if the act is done maliciously.

No one has the legal right to blackmail or threaten you, regardless of personal issues in the marriage. Taking away your phone, restricting your freedom, and threatening to expose private matters are serious offences under Indian Penal Code sections related to criminal intimidation, blackmail, and wrongful confinement. You can file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and also take legal action to stop her from harassing or defaming you. Your privacy, safety, and dignity are protected by law. I strongly advise scheduling a private consultation so we can immediately assess how to safeguard your rights and stop any further threats or blackmail.
