hlo sir my husbnd is having affair with a girl from two years now I want to take the legel action against both of them wt typ of action should i take

You can lodge an FIR Inflicting 498A of IPC. And can contest a case for maintenance and sentence him to Jail for the act of adultery. you can seek help of a Hindu marriage act to inflict him under breach of conjugal rights you can also resort to filing a complaint to women cell describing the act of your husband.

You have only option to file divirve6or get maintainance from him if you want to leave seprate from him, you can also file domestic voilance caws against him if he is torturing you or harassing you mentally or physically you have more further options to get relief you can search me at Google AK Rohilla Advocate rohtak
