What is the procedure of FIR queshing in High court delhi after divorce grant?
Is there any panality for boys side if they delay in FIR queshing.
Hindu marriage.
Divorce has granted 5 months back in patiala house court.
No such penalty is levied by the Hon'ble High Court however if the delay has been caused due to the grave negligence , in that case court may ask you to do plantation etc.. Or may impose some cost also to be deposited with the PMRF

section 482 crpc is the section under which the FIR is quashed by the high court and if divirce is done then you can move to the high court for qushing of FIR all you need to do is to hand over the documents of previous round of litigation and then basis of it qushing petition will he drafted.

there is no penalty for delay in quashing of FIR. there is no specific time-period for quashing of FIR but it is not a lengthy process and depends on various factors like the nature of offence, whether complainant is ready to cooperate or not, among other things
