My husband deserted me 2 years back. Can he now force a divorce on me? I want to contest it.

No he cannot force a divorce on you. But he can file a divorce case. Although, Yes you can contest the divorce case, if you want. And you can also seek for maintenance. You can contact your advocate personally for more details

yes you can contest it it will come under the Hindu marriage act you want to contest it ot will take 10 years or draw a mutual divorce petition you can go to court file a divorce petition it will take time
