High court stayed ex parte order

On Feb 28, 2022 my husband got ex parte decree in Mysore family court,soon after on May 18,2022 I filed appeal in high court and got stay order. But soon after that he went to abroad and miscommunicating me that he could not get summons and no idea about this stay order also, he argued even though I sent stay order on whatsapp and mail.Then during 2023 year he stayed himself in Bangalore and not came to know about his adress also to send summons. 23 feb, 2025 he has married anotherlady.Next wha

the law is that in India the divorce decree becomes operative 3 months after the date of decree, at the person who gets such a decree can remarry won't be after 3 months and can remarry only if there is no stay within that period. therefore in this case his remarriage is illegal.

Dear Madam, It seems he married either within appeal period or after you got stay order. check accordingly and file contempt case. Further file complaint for the offence of Bygamy. once FIR is registered then send the same to him employer and see that his services are terminated.
