Hi my husband filled divorce case on 2022 November..I am also ready to give him a divorce.. but now the case was in lokh adalath they asked come and attend that but I am not interested to go for that so if I didn't attend that is there any problem for me?? I have 3 years girl baby..

no problem but if you want divorce..than you can attend mediation than take divorce and also if you want final settlement you can ask and also for baby maintenance and school fee so better you go and attend

if you do not want to settle it out you can file your objections to the divorce petition, further as you stated you have a daughter it is necessary that all the educational and maintenance expenses have to be paid, further if you too are interested in divorce you can put forward your terms and conditions in respect of permanent alimony, child Custody education and visiting rights, if not you have an option for filing case for domestic violence and maintenance of yourself and your daughter.

have you already engaged in advocate to represent you in that case ? have you file your side of case and what is the arrangement for the baby as per his filing ? not attending a Lok Adalat will not affective case but you have to continue for your and child rights next in court.
