Hi I'm a financial unstable mother with 16 months baby who has been thrown out by husband and in laws req help legally to file petition ... in Feb I hv filed a 498 fir through police station but which isn't helpfull so plz if any one can help and support legally thq

yes in this case you can directly file petition in court under domestic violence act or under section 125 crpc and claim interim maintenance, as you are also having a daughter there will not be much difficult in granting Interim maintenance, even you can ask for other reliefs under domestic violence act like expenses for education, medical and residential and other reliefs.
