HC ruling on giving maintainance by Army authority to wife of officer

Sir, My query is that I am an Army officer and my wife has developed extra marital affair. I have sufficient proofs for this. If I want to be separated from her, then in this case, what is the HC ruling for Army authorities to grant her maintenance from my salary. Regards.
If the divorce is granted on the grounds of adultery as you are saying in your question that your wife has extra marital affairs then you are not liable to pay any maintenance to your wife as per law.....

First you get her name deleted from the army record for pension purpose. Then we will file a case proving her extra marital affair. After winning the case we will attach the papers with army. She will be barred from all the benefits.

You need not to pqy maintenance if your case is at strong footing. If you have proof against yor wife you need not to pay there are ton of judegement of apex cort in this regard. So no need to wrry abt maintenance

22% of your salary will be credited in her account if she approches the army authorities. In case she fikes suit for maintenance then she cannot claim from your salary. You have to provide the order of maintenance to your authorities.
