Guidance Required: Matrimonial Case / Marriage

Dear Sir, My wife left me after a month of our marriage, after our internal fight, his father came to my home and had and had scuffle with me. her father's home, she killed my 47 days child by taking pill given by her aunt in presence of her family , I was not aware at that time, Now I have audio recordings of her confession. Now my wife i again pregnant, we used to meet in hotel as we both work in same city. she works in central govt organisation. she want to come back. Pl guide if the recording will help legally, later on. Should I go for any agreement, before letting her in my house. Any other guidance, if possible.
