Grounds on which husband can avoid paying alimony

11-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife left me 3 and a half years before and is not willing to stay with me since she was having an extramarital affair, however, I don't have evidence to prove it, we don't have kids, she stayed with me for like 13 yrs now is it possible to get divorce from her without paying alimony? Since she is not agreeing to give divorce without having alimony. She left the home on her own and is working as well. We live in Noida, however, our marriage is registered from M.P. Can I file divorce petition from MP or do I need to file in Noida?

You should file the divorce case from NOIDA itself as you are staying there. where is your wife staying? as far as taking a divorce without alimony is concerned you will have to prove that your wife has been staying separately from you and she has an extra marital affair as you have mentioned above in your query.

Apko mp me divorce nahi file kerna chahiye ?Apko noida me hi file krna chahiye tha agar apki patni ka byohaar apke prti theek nahi hai aur woh kisi dusre se inwalve hai to divorce ke paryapt evidence hai sur aap compensession se bhi bach jayeinge then apke virudh jhoota mukadma pesh ho to manhani dakhil krein
Aur phir apko bhagvan ne chaha to samsya se nijaat mil jayega

There are many grounds to get divorce without having to pay alimony. Extra marital affairs is one of them. Leaving husband for without just reason is also a ground. You can file for divorce petition either in M.P. or in Noida where u both resided.
