I am groom side breaking engagement due to denial by boy. Ready to revert expenses. Can bride side file dowry case, as they are threatening to file dowry case n threatening to beat n kidnap boy(would be groom). Can bride side give application to authorities in self defence, as they are not demanding dowry.
